Ingredients

• 1/4 C olive oil
• Juice of 1 orange
• Juice of 1 lime
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 t ground cumin
• 2 t chili powder
• 1 t dired oregano
• 1 t smoked paprika
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• Zest from orange
• Zest from lime

Equipment

• Whisk
• Medium bowl or gallon Ziploc
• Citrus juicer
• Zester

Instructions

1. Combine oil, cumin, chili powder, oregano, paprika, garlic in bowl or gallon Ziploc
2. Slice orange and lime in half. Using a zester, zest a tiny bit of the orange and lime in to the bowl or bag. Using a juicer, or your hand, juice the orange and lime into the bowl or bag as well
3. Chop cilantro and add 1/4 cup of cilantro into the bowl or bag
4. Add steak into bowl or bag and mix around
5. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, but up to overnight
