Easy Mac n Cheese

Yield 4

Ingredients

• 8oz noodles
• 2T butter
• 2T all purpose flour
• 2C fresh shredded cheese
• 1C milk

Equipment

• Large bowl
• Sauce pan

Instructions

1. Bring pot of water to boil and cook noodles according to package directions
2. In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once fully melted, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add in milk and constantly stir until thickened.
3. Add in shredded cheese and stir until completely smooth and all cheese has melted.
4. Combine sauce and noodles in a large bowl. Serve and top with your favorite toppings!
