Fill the second with eggs that are whisked and fill the last with Panko breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheeseDip the chicken in the flour until both sides are coated, then dip it in the egg until both sides are coated and dip in the panko cheese mixture until everything is coated. Repeat for all slices of chickenCarefully place the chicken in the fry oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side or until it is crispy and the internal temp reads 165°F.
