In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and mix until well combine. Turn on stand mixer and add in dry ingredients a spoon-full at a time.Once dough is combined, let knead on medium speed for around 5 minutes. Add in softened butter until well combined. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.Lightly flour work surface and dump out dough. Stretch until you get a rectangle around 16 inches long. Slice 1 inch strips out of the dough. Stretch the strips until they are around 8-9 inches and then tie the dough in a knot. Set on parchment lined baking sheet and repeat. Cover and let rest for 30 minutesHeat oven to 400°F. In a sauce pan, melt butter and garlic together. Brush some of the butter on top of the knots and bake in oven for around 15 minutes.
