Let sit for 10 minutes before adding in ground beef, parsley, grated onion, salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Mix thoroughlyRoll meat into 1" balls and place on a baking tray. Let sit in fridge for 20 minutesHeat oil in a dutch oven until hot and brown meatballs in batches until brown on all sids and cook through.
