Set aside on a sheet pan and dab until dryVery careful put the waffle fries in the fryer and fry until crispy. Salt immediately after finished while they are hotHeat a cast iron skillet on the stove (or outside using a Blackstone) until it is scorching hotSeparate the ground beef into four equal balls. Add one to two balls to the skillet and smash until very thin.
