In bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined and pour over the sliced bread in baking dish. Let rest overnight, covered, in fridge.Remove baking dish from fridge and let sit out for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.While sitting out, chop pecans and add to bowl along with brown sugar and flour. Grate the stick of butter in with the pecans and sugar. Gently toss to coat and evenly spread overtop the French Toast.Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes. Top with a bit of extra brown sugar and serve alongside syrup.
