Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 8 tablespoons softened butter
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 large overripe bananas
• 1/3 cup whole milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. While oven is heating, butter and flour 2 bread pans
3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl
4. Cream together butter, sugar and oil until sugar has been dissolved
5. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients one spoon full at a time until fully incorporated
6. Mash together bananas in a bowl and combine with the wet/dry mixture along with milk and vanilla
7. If adding chocolate chips, add those now and combine
8. Distribute evenly in bread pans
9. Bake for 45-60minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and nothing sticks
