Ingredients

• 8-12oz fettuccini noodles
• 2 chicken breasts
• 8T butter
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1.5C heavy cream
• 1.5C shredded parmesan

Equipment

• Garlic press
• Saute pan
• Stock pot
• Large bowl

Instructions

1. Slice chicken breasts in half to create four thin pieces of chicken. Melt 4T of butter in a saute pan and place the chicken in to cook. Flipping occasionally until the internal temp reaches 165°F. Set aside
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta until it is al dente. Strain and set aside.
3. In a saute pan, melt 4T of butter and 4 pressed cloves of garlic cooking until the garlic turns brown and butter is completely melted
4. Add in 1C of heavy cream and bring mixture to a light simmer. Let simmer for 5 minutes
5. Turn the heat to low and put in the remaining .5C of heavy cream and all the parmesan cheese. Mix until combined and melted.
6. Combine pasta and sauce in a large bowl until well incorporated. Serve with chicken and enjoy!
