Stir to combine before adding dough hook and water. Mix until well combined before adding salt. Knead dough on medium speed for around 5-7 minutes or until it is springy when poked.Cover dough and let rise at room temp for 1.5-2hoursDivide dough in 6 even pieces and set on a baking pan. Cover and let rise for another 1.5-2 hours.On a lightly floured work surface, spread out the ball of dough until it is around 10-12" wide in diameter. I recommend placing over your knuckles to spread it out. Lay it on a pizza peel dusted with flour.Drizzle some olive oil on dough before spreading on pizza sauce and cheese. Top with toppings.Place into Ooni oven that is heated on high to anywhere between 750-950. Place pizza in oven and turn heat down to medium-low.
