Stir and set aside for at least 5 minutes.Combine flour, sugar and salt in a stand mixer bowl. Whisk until combined and add in butter. Mix in softened butter using two forks.Using a dough hook on medium-low speed, add in milk/yeast mixture to dry ingredients. Mix until combined before adding two eggs and egg yolk. Mix for 2-3 minutes. Let rest at room temp for 1.5hr.In a separate bowl, combine together filling ingredients and whisk together.Once the dough has rested, punch out the gasses in the dough and dump out on a well floured work surface. Roll it into a rectangle shape that is around 24" wide and about 1/4" thick.Add softened butter to the rolled out dough so it completely covers it. Sprinkle filling on to the buttered dough evenly.Gently roll dough into a log making sure to roll tightly and carefully. Slice dough into 2" segments and place into a parchment lined 13x9 baking dish. Let rest, covered, for 30 minutes.Preheat oven to 375°F and bake cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes.While baking, whisk softened cream cheese in a bowl along with powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until you get a thin frosting.Remove rolls from oven and top with frosting.
